BIOGRAPHY OF DR. RICHARD BOYLAN

Richard J. Boylan, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist and cultural anthropologist specializing in Native American and Star cultures, also a lecturer, researcher, and consultant on UFOs & ETs. He has studied the historic nexus between Star Peoples and Native Americans. He has retired as counseling psychologist and university Professor.
Dr. Boylan has provided information to Star Kids and their parents, and to Star Seed adults, helping them understand the star portion of their genetics, and how their identity and behavior may be influenced by partial Star Person genetics. His educational presentations seek to help Star Kids and Star Seed adults achieve greater understanding of how they fit in humanity's evolving future among the stars.
His career over five decades has centered in public service: first as a parish priest at Saint Anne's Church and Principal, St. Anne's School, Ridgecrest, CA, also auxiliary Navy Catholic Chaplain at adjacent Naval Air Warfare Center-Weapons Station, China Lake; then worked as a social worker, then as college professor with three Master's degrees and a Ph.D. doctorate. For decades Richard Boylan has practiced as a clinical psychologist as well as cultural anthropologist with a specialization in space civilizations visiting Earth. Dr. Boylan has taught as a Lecturer at California State University Sacramento, the University of California, Davis, and was Psychology Professor and Department Chair at National University, Sacramento. Dr. Boylan is Past-President of the Sacramento Valley Psychological Association.
Two of Dr. Boylan's immediately-previous reincarnations were as Native-American: Hopi & Zuni. In a current-lifetime Vision Quest he was shown his spirit identity/totem name, Thunderbird Two Times. Ever since youth he has maintained keen interest and involovement in Native American culture, and in helping bring to the wider world's attention the nexus between the Star Nations and Native American peoples.
Since 1989, Dr. Boylan has conducted extensive research into human encounters with the Star Visitors. He shared his expertise with hundreds of experiencers of close-encounters. He developed a Star Kids Project to work with these youngsters with advanced abilities and their families.
He has presented this research at: the 1992 Abduction Study Conference at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), the 1995 Cosmic Cultures International Conference at Washington, DC, the Academy of Clinical Close Encounter Therapists 2000 Convention at NYC, the 1996 Star Knowledge Conference at the Dakota Sioux Reservation, Marty, SD, and many other educational conferences.
Dr. Boylan saw his first live UFO moving low overhead on a hike in 1989 and pointed it out to a friend. This spurred him to become read up and highly informed about UFO and extraterrestrial visitors matters. Dr. Richard Boylan became trusted confidant of Dr. Michael Kruvant Wolf, U.S. National Security Council Chair-Consultant on Extraterrestrial Visitors. Other high-ranking military and intelligence officers working in extraterrestrial technology and ET contact programs also made Dr. Boylan their confidant. These include: Colonel Steve Wilson, USAF (worked at S-4 [extraterrestrial] Lab at Area-51); Tech Sergeant Dan Sherman, USAF/NSA (worked on capturing ET telepathic communications); Colonel Phillip Corso, U.S. Army, JCOS (worked to distribute ET technology to military contractors); Command Sergeant-Major Robert O. Dean, U.S. Army/NATO Headquarters, (revealed NATO knowledge on visiting Star Peoples), Brigadier-General 'Shadow', NSA-Tier 1, (worked special ops to liberate ETs from Cabal prisons), and Robert Lazar, Office of Naval Research's S-4 Laboratory at Papoose Lake (Area 51), NV (has worked on back-engineering UFOs). They entrusted extremely-classified UFO information to him, and authorized him to share it with the public!
He is the author of five books, Close Extraterrestrial Encounters (1994), Labored Journey To the Stars (1996), Project Epiphany (1997), Star Kids-the Emerging Cosmic Generation (2005), and The Human-Star Nations Connection (2012). Dr. Boylan has over 50 articles published.
Dr. Boylan is engaged in ongoing effort to inform and educate Star Seed Adults and Star Kids and indeed everyone about the Star Visitors (ETs). He has conducted multiple workshops for mental health professionals on the specialized counseling for Close-Encounter Experiencers to understand their Star Visitor contacts and fit them into their lives.
In 2005 his life changed markedly. He was visited by envoys from Star Nations Council, (our galaxy's government) who informed him that Star Nations had appointed him Councillor of Earth (Star Nations Ambassador to Earth, also Spokesman for Earth on Star Nations Council). Since accepting, he has served as interstellar diplomat and world-class Star Visitors expert.
Dr. Boylan has lectured widely at regional, national, and international UFO conferences, including the 1996 Star Knowledge Conference, and has been interviewed on numerous radio and television programs, including: the Ancient Aliens TV series, documentary Fastwalkers, twice on NBC's Sightings, on Paramount Television Network's Paranormal Borderline, and numerous times on Art Bell's Dreamland radio program, George Noory's Coast To Coast radio program, and various podcasts.
Dr. Boylan lives in northern California, enjoys exploring the outdoors and visits with his extended family. And he is pleased to see growing acceptance of UFOs and ETs as undisputed parts of normal life.
